Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The item is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved and the returned item has been received (if required), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
